EstateFlow Maps

The society map, alive: every plot coloured by real status.

EstateFlow Maps digitises a scheme into precise plot polygons and joins each one to its inventory record. The map colour is the live status, so when a booking, transfer or possession changes a file, the map changes with it. Buyers get a clean public map with availability and amenities; dealers and admins get the private map with owner, dues and holds.

§ 01Why teams switch

The society map is a picture, not a record

  • Availability on the printed map is wrong by launch day
  • Dealers phone the office to ask whether a plot is still free
  • Buyers cannot see where the park, mosque or main road actually is
  • Nobody can answer “how many corner plots are left in Block F” without counting

Feature 01 of 12

Plot & parcel digitisation

Does / why

Scheme boundary, phases, blocks, streets and every plot drawn as a polygon in QGIS with plot number, size in Marla/Kanal, dimensions, category and coordinates, stored in PostGIS.

Mechanism

In QGIS the scheme boundary is drawn, then phases, blocks and streets, then each plot as a polygon with attributes, saved to PostGIS.

Data

Plot polygon, plot number, block/phase, size (Marla/Kanal), dimensions, category, coordinates.

Connects to

Attributes, Web map, Inventory.

Before

Paper or PDF map only.

After

A queryable spatial dataset of the scheme.

Modules

15 modules, switched on per role. Admins configure rules; everyone else sees only what applies to them.

§ 03 How it runs

One file, start to finish.

A realistic sequence from the documentation, with the state before and after each step. Names and numbers are illustrative.

On mobile

GPS position relative to plots on site, on-site status for agents and buyers, cached tiles for low signal.

  1. 01

    Digitise the scheme

The GIS team draws the boundary, then Phase 2’s blocks A–F, then 1,140 plots with attributes, and saves to PostGIS.

  2. 02

    Join to inventory

Plot IDs are matched to the inventory master. Price, category and status come from the file, not the drawing.

  3. 03

    Publish layers

GeoServer serves styled WMS/WFS layers. The web map renders on Leaflet with base-map switching and popups.

  4. 04

    Set permissions

The public map shows availability, sizes and amenities. The dealer map adds owner, dues and holds behind login.

  5. 05

    Embed and sell

The live map goes on the project page and the sales-centre kiosk. Dealers hold plots from the private map.

  6. 06

    Status changes flow

A booking on 14-C in the CRM turns the plot from teal to amber on every map view within seconds.

  7. 07

    Analyse

Management opens the GIS dashboard: Block C is 86% absorbed, Block F has 41 corner plots left.

§ 05 Roles & permissions

Who uses it, and what each role sees

Access is scoped by role, team and field. A dealer never sees another dealer’s file; an agent never exports the database.

Public / buyer

Availability, sizes, amenities and development status; no owner or dues

Dealer

Private map with holds and prices; can hold available plots

Sales & recovery

Owner, file, dues and status per plot

GIS / admin

Authoring, layers, permissions and publishing

Management

Spatial dashboards: absorption, heatmaps, revenue by zone

Own = only records assigned to me · Team = my team’s records · All = the whole organisation. Field-level rules can further hide price, owner or CNIC per role.

§ 06 Automation & Flo

What happens without anyone clicking

Rules run the routine work. Flo, the AI assistant, handles the parts that need language or judgement, and every AI action is logged.

Automations

  • Re-colour on any status change
  • Low-availability alert per zone
  • Public map refresh on phase launch
  • Kiosk sync

Flo in Maps

  • Site-suitability scoring
  • Demand hotspots from search behaviour
  • Price surfaces by location
  • Imagery-based change detection

Outbound WhatsApp uses approved templates. Low-confidence cases escalate to a person.

§ 07 Integrations & API

Connects to anything, not just the list

Every connector in the catalogue, the full REST API and a webhook for every state change. If it has an API, EstateFlow talks to it.

Every connector below is available to Maps. Those most used with it are highlighted; anything not listed connects through the REST API, webhooks or Zapier / Make / n8n.

Getting it

Maps runs standalone or with the rest of the suite on the same database. Quotes are per organisation, based on users, plots and files.

  • Demo on your own data
  • Data migration from spreadsheets or your current system
  • Onboarding and WhatsApp template approval
Talk to sales WhatsApp sales
01 We already have a society map as a PDF or CAD drawing. Can it be used?

Yes. CAD/DXF and georeferenced PDFs are imported into QGIS as the starting point for digitisation, then plot attributes are attached and matched to your inventory list.

02 What technology is under the map?

QGIS for authoring, PostgreSQL with PostGIS for the spatial database, GeoServer for OGC WMS/WFS layers, and a Leaflet or Mapbox GL web client. ArcGIS/Esri is available for enterprise deployments.

03 Can the public map show availability without exposing customer data?

Yes. Layer and attribute visibility is role-based. The public embed shows status, size and amenities only; owner, dues and holds appear only in the private view.

04 Does it work on site with poor signal?

The mobile map caches the current phase’s tiles and status so field teams can locate a plot and see its state; it refreshes when signal returns.

Book a demo

See Maps on your own data.

A 45-minute demo on your own data. We load a sample of your inventory and files before the call, so you see your plots, your plans and your numbers, not a sample scheme.

What you get in the demo
  • One block of your scheme digitised on the live map
  • A booking → schedule → WhatsApp reminder, end to end
