Three kinds of business. Three different first weeks.
Developers begin with inventory and plans. Agencies begin with leads. Societies begin with the ballot and the map.
Developers
Launch phases, sell through dealers, collect installments and hand over possession from one record per plot.
How developers use EstateFlowAgencies
Answer portal and Meta leads in seconds, keep WhatsApp on the record, and pay agents from a ledger nobody argues with.
How agencies use EstateFlowHousing societies
Run the ballot, publish the live map, bill maintenance, resolve complaints and keep every file transfer clean.
How housing societies use EstateFlowNeed something built to your exact requirement?
Beyond the ready products, we build bespoke modules, portals, dashboards, integrations and apps on the same platform, for developers, societies and agencies in Pakistan and overseas. You get a free discovery call, a written scope and a fixed quote before any build starts.
- Bespoke CRM & ERP workflows
- Society & dealer portals
- Custom dashboards & reports
- Integrations with your systems
- Custom web & mobile apps
Built around how plots are actually sold in Pakistan.
Generic CRMs and accounting packages do not know what a balloon payment, a corner premium, a defaulter block or a file transfer is. EstateFlow does.
QistFlow, not a spreadsheet
Booking, confirmation, allocation, periodic installments, balloons and possession in one plan template. LPS applies itself. Recovery lists generate on the 1st with the dealer’s name on every row.
A map that is the inventory
Each plot polygon is joined to its file. A booking in the CRM recolours the plot on the website, the dealer portal and the sales-centre kiosk at the same moment.
Balloting people can audit
Sealed applicant list, published seed, deterministic draw. Results reach every applicant on WhatsApp within minutes and can be replayed by an auditor.
Dealer commission on collection
Flat, percentage, tiered, split, override. Accrue on booking, pay on down payment or on clearance, claw back on cancellation, statement on demand.
Flo answers on WhatsApp
The AI assistant qualifies inbound leads at midnight, sends installment reminders with a pay link, drafts replies for agents and summarises calls into the CRM.
Transfers that cannot double-sell
An atomic lock on every booking and transfer, duplicate CNIC checks, defaulter blocking and an auto-generated Transfer Deed with the remaining schedule carried forward.
Flo qualifies in Urdu or English, books the visit, and hands a summarised lead to the agent. Outbound messages use approved templates.
Live in weeks, not quarters.
Most developers run CRM and inventory in the second week, QistFlow on historical files by week six, and the digitised map before the next launch.
- 01
Load your inventory and files
Plots, units, price lists, existing bookings and payment history come in from spreadsheets or your current system with guided templates.
- 02
Digitise the map and set the plans
One block is drawn and linked in the first week. Payment-plan templates and commission structures are configured per category.
- 03
Connect the channels
Portals, Meta lead ads, the website form and your WhatsApp Business number route into the CRM. Reminders switch on for existing files.
- 04
Go live, then add products
Sales and recovery teams work from the apps on day one. Balloting, Accounts, Construction and Community join when you need them.
Straight answers before the demo.
01 Who is EstateFlow built for?
Real estate developers and housing societies selling plots or units on installments, and agencies running sales teams and dealer networks. It is designed around Pakistan’s market: plot files, Marla/Kanal sizing, CNIC identity, dealer commissions and WhatsApp as the primary channel.
02 Do we have to buy the whole suite?
No. Every product runs on one shared database, so you can start with CRM and inventory and add QistFlow, Maps, Balloting or Accounts when you need them. Data is never re-entered.
03 What is QistFlow?
QistFlow is the installment and recovery engine: payment-plan templates, per-file schedules, automatic late-payment surcharge, WhatsApp reminders, recovery-officer lists, defaulter blocking and file transfers under an atomic lock.
04 How does the live plot map stay accurate?
Each plot polygon is joined to its inventory record. When a booking, transfer or possession changes status in the CRM or QistFlow, the map colour changes with it. Nobody edits the map by hand.
05 What is Flo?
Flo is the AI assistant across the suite. It qualifies inbound WhatsApp leads, drafts replies, summarises calls into the CRM, reads CNICs and invoices, and answers questions like “which files are likely to default next month?”.
06 Does it work where there is no signal?
The Agent App and recovery app cache leads, inventory, tasks and the map, queue actions offline and sync when connectivity returns. New schemes on city outskirts were the design case.
07 How long does implementation take?
A CRM and inventory rollout typically takes two to three weeks. Adding QistFlow with historical files and a digitised plot map usually takes six to ten weeks depending on data quality and scheme size.
08 Where is data hosted, and who owns it?
You own your data. Hosting is in a cloud region of your choice, with encrypted backups and export on request. Enterprise customers can deploy on their own infrastructure.

A 45-minute demo on your own data. We load a sample of your inventory and files before the call, so you see your plots, your plans and your numbers, not a sample scheme.
- One block of your scheme digitised on the live map
- A booking → schedule → WhatsApp reminder, end to end
- A file transfer with the lock and dues check
