EstateFlow Land Management

From feasibility and parcels to phases, plots and possession.

EstateFlow Land Management is the developer’s command centre from land to handover. It tracks every acquired parcel with ownership, payments and legal milestones; models feasibility; turns the master plan into phases, blocks, streets and plots joined to the GIS map; releases inventory in phases with price lists; sets the installment plans QistFlow will run; and gates possession on dues clearance.

§ 01Why teams switch

Land, plan, sales and possession in four different files

  • Parcels acquired but mutation status unknown
  • The master plan is a CAD drawing disconnected from inventory
  • Phases launch without plans configured; bookings improvise
  • Possession handed over with dues pending
BeforeWith Land Management
Land positionA folder of documents Every parcel with legal milestone and payment status
Master planDrawing only Phases → blocks → plots as inventory, joined to the map
LaunchAd hoc Price list, plans, dealer quotas, public map on one date
PossessionDispute-prone Gated on clearance, documented handover

  1. 01

    Model

A 640-kanal scheme is modelled: land PKR 2.1B, development PKR 1.4B, phased revenue over 5 years. Approved at 27% projected margin.

  2. 02

    Acquire

118 parcels tracked. 94 registered, 17 under agreement, 7 pending mutation, each with payment status and documents.

  3. 03

    Plan

Phases 1–3 laid out: 3,420 plots across 18 blocks, sizes and categories assigned, polygons joined on Maps.

  4. 04

    Set plans

Category B gets a 36-month plan with two balloons; commercial gets 24 months with possession at 18.

  5. 05

    Launch

Phase 2 opens with price list v3 and a launch discount. Dealers get quotas; the public map turns live.

  6. 06

    Sell and collect

Bookings flow through the CRM and ERP; QistFlow collects. Development status updates weekly from Construction.

  7. 07

    Hand over

Files with balloons and possession charge cleared enter the handover checklist. Possession letters generate; plots turn Sold.

§ 06 Automation & Flo

What happens without anyone clicking

Rules run the routine work. Flo, the AI assistant, handles the parts that need language or judgement, and every AI action is logged.

Flo in Land Management

  • Absorption and demand forecasting
  • Dynamic pricing suggestions
  • Default prediction per phase

Outbound WhatsApp uses approved templates. Low-confidence cases escalate to a person.

§ 07 Integrations & API

Connects to anything, not just the list

Every connector in the catalogue, the full REST API and a webhook for every state change. If it has an API, EstateFlow talks to it.

Every connector below is available to Land Management. Those most used with it are highlighted; anything not listed connects through the REST API, webhooks or Zapier / Make / n8n.

01 Can we manage several schemes and phases in one place?

Yes. Each scheme has its own master plan, parcels, price lists and plans, and Enterprise consolidates dashboards and books across schemes and entities.

02 How does master planning connect to the map and inventory?

Plots defined in the master plan are joined to polygons in Maps and become inventory records in the ERP. One definition drives the map, the CRM and QistFlow.
