From feasibility and parcels to phases, plots and possession.
EstateFlow Land Management is the developer’s command centre from land to handover. It tracks every acquired parcel with ownership, payments and legal milestones; models feasibility; turns the master plan into phases, blocks, streets and plots joined to the GIS map; releases inventory in phases with price lists; sets the installment plans QistFlow will run; and gates possession on dues clearance.

About Land Management
01 Can we manage several schemes and phases in one place?
Yes. Each scheme has its own master plan, parcels, price lists and plans, and Enterprise consolidates dashboards and books across schemes and entities.
02 How does master planning connect to the map and inventory?
Plots defined in the master plan are joined to polygons in Maps and become inventory records in the ERP. One definition drives the map, the CRM and QistFlow.
See Land Management on your own data.
A 45-minute demo on your own data. We load a sample of your inventory and files before the call, so you see your plots, your plans and your numbers, not a sample scheme.
- One block of your scheme digitised on the live map
- A booking → schedule → WhatsApp reminder, end to end
- A file transfer with the lock and dues check
- A rollout order and a written quote within two days
