EstateFlow Accounts

Books that post themselves from bookings, receipts and purchases.

EstateFlow Accounts is the financial core. Every booking, installment receipt, refund, purchase order and payout posts a double entry automatically, so the trial balance, P&L and cash flow are current without month-end rebuilding. Transactions are tagged to project, phase and cost centre, which is how a developer finds out which scheme is actually making money.

§ 01Why teams switch

Month end is a reconstruction project

  • Bookings and receipts are re-typed into the accounting package
  • Nobody knows which phase is profitable because costs are blended
  • Bank reconciliation happens quarterly, if at all
  • Refunds and payouts go out without a documented approval

Data entryEvery receipt typed twice Auto-posted with project and cost-centre tags
Project P&LUnknown Per project and phase, with budget variance

§ 03 How it runs

One file, start to finish.

A realistic sequence from the documentation, with the state before and after each step. Names and numbers are illustrative.

On mobile

Approvals on the phone, expense capture with photo receipts, dashboards.

  1. 01

    Booking posts

A booking on 14-C creates a receivable for the full plan value tagged to Phase 2. No journal is typed.

  2. 02

    Receipt clears

PKR 85,000 received against installment 7 posts to bank and reduces the receivable. The receipt number ties to the ledger line.

  3. 03

    Costs come in

A PR for 400 bags of cement is approved, becomes a PO, is received on site and matched to the vendor bill. AP recognises the payable.

  4. 04

    Reconcile

The bank statement imports. 412 lines auto-match; 3 exceptions are resolved by finance before the period closes.

  5. 05

    Approve payouts

The dealer payout run of PKR 9.8M routes to the CFO and posts on approval.

  6. 06

    Close and report

Period closes. Project P&L shows Phase 2 at 31% gross margin; the consolidated balance sheet covers both entities.

§ 07 Integrations & API

Connects to anything, not just the list

Every connector in the catalogue, the full REST API and a webhook for every state change. If it has an API, EstateFlow talks to it.

Every connector below is available to Accounts. Those most used with it are highlighted; anything not listed connects through the REST API, webhooks or Zapier / Make / n8n.

01 Do accountants have to enter bookings and receipts twice?

No. Bookings from the CRM/ERP and receipts from QistFlow post to the ledger automatically with project and cost-centre tags. Accountants review, reconcile and close.

02 Can we run separate books per project or company?

Yes. Each entity or project has its own ledger, and Enterprise adds inter-company entries and consolidated statements.

03 Does it handle local tax and cash-heavy operations?

Tax rules are configurable per document type, cash receipts are first-class with numbered receipts, and the audit trail records every edit and approval.
