We rebuilt real-estate software around a plot file.
The tools used to sell and run land in Pakistan were never designed for it. So we wrote down every capability the industry needs, then built the ones that matter here: installments, live maps, ballots, dealers, WhatsApp.
- Waiting for events…
Every product writes to the same record. No sync, no copies.
The market ran on spreadsheets, printouts and personal phones.
Generic CRMs and accounting packages do not know what a balloon payment, a corner premium, a defaulter block or a file transfer is. That gap is the company.
- Installment schedules in Excel, penalties by memory
- A society map printed once, wrong by launch day
- Portal leads answered from personal phones
- Dealer commission settled by argument at month end
- Ballot results phoned out over three days
- Every file has a dated schedule; LPS applies itself
- Every plot polygon is the live inventory record
- Every lead routed in seconds, on the company WhatsApp
- Commission accrues on booking, pays on collection, statement on demand
- Results on every applicant’s phone within minutes
Four decisions that shape every product.
One record, everywhere
A plot exists once. The CRM books it, QistFlow bills it, Maps colours it, Accounts posts it, Documents prints it. We do not sync copies; there are no copies.
WhatsApp is the interface
Reminders, receipts, statements, results and first replies go where customers already are. Templates are pre-approved; conversations stay on the company number.
Fraud is a design constraint
Atomic locks on bookings and transfers, duplicate CNIC checks, defaulter blocking, sealed ballots and an immutable audit log are not add-ons.
The field has no signal
Agent, recovery and site apps cache what they need, queue actions and sync later. A scheme on the outskirts is the normal case.
Library first. Money second. Map third. Then everything else.
- 01
The library
Every capability in real-estate software catalogued across 25 categories, feature by feature, with the mechanism behind each one.
- 02
The money engine
QistFlow first: plan templates, per-file schedules, LPS, recovery lists and locked transfers, built with a society’s live files.
- 03
The live map
Plot polygons joined to inventory. The first public map that changed colour when a dealer booked a plot.
- 04
The suite
CRM, apps, ERP, accounts, balloting, documents, construction and community on the same record, with Flo across all of it.
Live by team, measured at 30, 60 and 90 days.
Implementation is done with your people in the room. Nothing is configured that your admin cannot change afterwards.
- 01
Discovery
A half-day with sales, finance and recovery. We map how a plot moves today, where it leaks, and what data exists.
- 02
Data in
Inventory, files, price lists and contacts imported from spreadsheets or the current system with validation reports back to you.
- 03
Configure
Plan templates, LPS rules, commission structures, routing rules and roles set up with your team, not for them.
- 04
Go live by team
Sales first, then recovery, then finance. Each team goes live on a Monday with a person on site for the week.
- 05
Measure
Speed-to-lead, collections and arrears reviewed at 30, 60 and 90 days against the baseline from discovery.

About the company.
01 Is EstateFlow a Pakistani company?
EstateFlow is built for the Pakistani plot and society market, with sales and implementation teams working with developers, agencies and societies across the country. Sales is reached at +44 7367 064067 or sales@estateflow.live.
02 Do you replace our accountant or our dealers?
No. Accountants review and close; dealers sell. EstateFlow removes re-typing, disputes and blind spots between them.
03 What if we already use another CRM or accounting package?
Run EstateFlow alongside it through the API and webhooks, or migrate in stages. Most customers keep their accounting package for the first year and connect it.
04 Who owns the data?
You do. Export at any time in standard formats. Enterprise customers can host on their own infrastructure.
Talk to someone who has run a recovery list.
Sales is reached by phone, WhatsApp or email. Demos are on your data, not a sample scheme.
- One block of your scheme digitised on the live map
- A booking → schedule → WhatsApp reminder, end to end
- A file transfer with the lock and dues check
- A rollout order and a written quote within two days
