Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies estateflow.live uses, what they are for, and how to control them. Non-essential cookies are off until you switch them on.

Last updated 7 September 2026 · applies to estateflow.live

Necessary

A consent cookie and, in the admin area, a session cookie. Always on; they cannot be switched off.

Preferences

Remember choices like a closed banner or a selected tab. Off by default.

Analytics

Understand which pages help visitors. Only if you accept; we prefer cookie-less measurement.

Marketing

Measure ad campaigns (Meta, Google) that bring people here. Only if you accept.

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and SDKs. They can remember a choice you made, keep you signed in, or recognise your browser on a later visit. Some are set by us (first-party); some by a provider we use (third-party).

This policy explains the cookies used on estateflow.live. The EstateFlow products (app.estateflow.live and the mobile apps) use cookies and tokens strictly to keep users signed in and secure; those are covered by the Terms & Conditions and the Mobile App Policy.

02How consent works on this site

On your first visit a banner asks you to accept all cookies, allow only necessary ones, or choose categories. Nothing except strictly necessary cookies is set until you choose. Your choice is stored for 12 months in a first-party cookie named ef_consent and can be changed at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

If you do nothing, the site keeps working with necessary cookies only. Closing the banner without choosing is treated as “necessary only”.

03Strictly necessary cookies (always on)

These are required for the site to function and are exempt from consent.

  • ef_consent — first-party — stores your cookie choices — 12 months.
  • efadmin — first-party — session cookie for the administration area (only set for staff who log in at /admin) — deleted when the browser closes.
  • Security cookies set by our hosting provider to protect forms from abuse, if any — session.
04Preference cookies

Used to remember interface choices, for example which product tab you last opened or that you dismissed an announcement. First-party, stored in local storage, kept up to 6 months. Set only if you allow “Preferences”.

05Analytics cookies

We currently do not run a third-party analytics script on estateflow.live. If we add measurement, we will prefer a cookie-less, privacy-focused tool. If a tool that sets cookies is used (for example Google Analytics 4), it will run only after you allow “Analytics”, and this section will list the cookie names (for GA4: _ga, _ga_* — 13 months) and the provider’s privacy notice. Analytics data is aggregated and used to see which pages and guides are useful.

06Marketing cookies

When we run campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or Google to reach developers and societies, their measurement pixels may be added to the site. They are loaded only after you allow “Marketing”. Typical cookies: _fbp (Meta, 3 months), _gcl_au (Google Ads, 3 months). They tell the ad platform that a visit or a demo request happened so we can measure the campaign; they can also be used by the platform to show you EstateFlow ads elsewhere. You can opt out at the platform level too (Meta Ad preferences, Google Ads Settings).

07Third-party content

Some pages embed content from other services, for example a WhatsApp link, a YouTube video or a Google Map. Clicking or playing such content may set cookies from that provider under its own policy. Where possible we load embeds only after you interact with them.

08Your choices and browser controls

Change or withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site (for example the admin area) from working. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal; when we detect Global Privacy Control we treat it as “necessary only”.

09Changes and contact

We update this page when the cookies we use change and note the date at the top. If a change adds a new non-essential category, the banner will ask you again. Questions: sales@estateflow.live · +44 7367 064067.
