01There is no single sticker price — here is why
Ask “how much does real estate software cost in Pakistan” and any honest answer is “it depends”, because the same phrase covers a single CRM for a five-person agency and a full suite running a 20,000-plot society. What you can do is understand the cost drivers, so a quote stops being a mystery and becomes something you can compare.
02The two pricing models you will see
Software is sold one of two ways. A subscription (SaaS) is a monthly or annual fee per organisation, usually by product, plan and number of users; updates and hosting are included. A one-time licence is a larger upfront payment for a build you host yourself, plus a yearly support/maintenance fee. For most Pakistani developers and agencies a subscription is lower-risk: no big capital outlay, and if it does not fit, you leave.
03What actually drives the number
| Cost driver | Effect on price | Ask the vendor |
|---|---|---|
| Products / modules | Biggest driver — CRM only vs full ERP | Can I start with one product and add later? |
| Number of users | Per-seat pricing scales with your team | What counts as a user? Dealers too? |
| Portfolio size | Plots/units and files drive storage and support | Any limit on plots, files or contacts? |
| Implementation | Data migration, map digitisation, training | Is it fixed-price by milestone or open-ended? |
| Messaging | WhatsApp/SMS billed per message by the provider | Cost per conversation? My account or yours? |
| Customisation | Bespoke workflows and integrations | Fixed quote before work starts? |
04The costs nobody mentions
- Implementation: loading years of files, digitising the map and training the team is real work — expect it to be quoted separately by milestone
- WhatsApp/SMS delivery: the integration is usually included, but Meta and the SMS gateways charge per message; on thousands of files this adds up, so get an estimate
- Payment-gateway fees: JazzCash, Easypaisa and card gateways take a percentage per transaction
- Data export / exit: cheap software that locks your data in is expensive when you leave
05Rough ranges (and why we will not print exact figures)
Anyone who quotes an exact rupee figure without knowing your products, users and portfolio is guessing. As a shape: a small agency running a CRM and agent app pays a modest monthly per-user fee; a developer running inventory, installments, maps and accounts across a scheme pays a multiple of that plus a one-time implementation for migration and map digitisation; an enterprise on its own infrastructure is a different conversation again. The honest next step is a scoped, written quote after a short discovery call — which is exactly how we do it.
06How to compare quotes fairly
- Put every quote on a total-first-year basis (software + implementation + messaging estimate)
- Confirm data ownership and a standard-format export in writing
- Check what a new user, a new product and 10,000 more files each cost — that is your growth cost
- Ask what is fixed-price and what is “to be discussed later” (the second is where budgets slip)
- Insist on a demo on your own data before you commit
07What we do
